A Seasonal Treat

Pumpkin – you can display it, carve it, cook or bake with it. When ripe, it can be boiled, baked, steamed, mashed or roasted. Although its real claim to fame is Pumpkin Pie, over the years, pumpkin’s popularity has helped it earn its way into baked breads, cookies + more!

Our bakers have put their skills to the test + have used pumpkin to create a new Fall favourite with a little surprise inside. Introducing the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Baked with the traditional combination of pumpkin + spice but with a little treat!… a delicious cream cheese center. Generously topped with pumpkin seeds, this seasonal muffin is the perfect indulgence for your next visit. After all, this is the month filled with tricks + treat!

Drumroll Please…

The leaves are changing, the weather is chilling – change is in the air + we have a new Fall feature to share! We are introducing a new addition to our Gluten Friendly line up with our Energy Loaf!

Loaded with everything you need to get a jump on your day: gluten free oats, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds + sesame seeds all naturally sweetened with cranberries + dates!  With a little more to offer than our other delicious loaf options, it is healthier, moist, packed with flavour + of course, gluten free!
