As the season begins to change, Take Five Café in the Brewery District of New Westminster is happy to celebrate the start of patio season. After eating too many pink cupcakes to fathom, Take Five Café is happy to report that our Pink Shirt Day initiative was a resounding success!

We had Pink Cupcakes in all 9 of our café locations and delivered cupcakes through our Catering Department on Pink Shirt Day throughout the entire Lower Mainland – from Vancouver to Surrey, White Rock to Langley.

For the third consecutive year, Take Five Café is proud to support CKNW’s Pink Shirt Day initiative.

Each year, Take Five Café baristas and staff wear the official Pink Shirt Day t-shirt and commit to the message that “Bullying Stops Here”. We also sell Pink Cupcakes throughout our nine locations, with proceeds going to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Vancouver and the CKNW Orphans’ Fund.

As February is drawing to a close, we have an exciting new coffee roast that is joining the Take Five Café Family. We’re pleased to introduce The Colombian Santander.
